When you purchase digital products from Old Hymns (operated by Stories Behind the Song), we collect your name, email address, and transaction details necessary to deliver your digital download links and provide customer support.
When you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you occasional hymn printables, devotional stories, and shop updates. Your subscription is stored in Resend, which also sends your requested printable and our emails.
When you contact us, your name, email address, chosen topic and message are sent through Resend to our support inbox so we can reply. Contacting us does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
2. Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed securely through our authorized merchant partners (such as Lemon Squeezy). We never store or have direct access to your credit card numbers or sensitive banking details on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
